Bat Safari at Bere Marsh Farm

About the event

Join us for a night-time safari through Bere Marsh Farm in search of the bats that call it home.

Local bat expert, Colin Morris, will start by explaining the fascinating lives of bats, how they hunt their prey and which species we are likely to find. Then armed with bat detectors, we'll head off along a short trail around the farm, identifying bat species by their clicks and squeaks and watching them swoop overhead.

Essential Information

Adults only - £10 for CRT Friends (£12 for non-members)
Booking is essential as spaces are limited
The walk is around 1 mile long and will be over uneven ground
This event is weather dependent and we may have to reschedule or cancel if wet weather is forecast
