This summer enjoy a series of exciting creative workshops at Bere Marsh Farm – an idyllic location in Dorset with a wide range of wonderful wildlife and luscious landscape views to enjoy.

Accompanied by local Dorset artist Deb Chisman, learn to capture the beauty of Bere Marsh and its wildlife through pencil or charcoal sketching.  Deb will introduce the different materials she uses and demonstrate techniques for sketching outdoors.

As a group you will have the opportunity to explore the farm, stopping to sketch wildlife and landscapes as you go.  If the weather is less kind on the day, there is shelter to be found under the cover of the open-sided Dutch Barn.

By the end of the session, you will have sketched several natural subjects and used a variety of pencil and charcoal techniques.

This artists adventure is open to adults and young people aged 10 and over, and is suitable for beginners or those looking to explore a new style.
