Properties Manager

Originally from Dorset, Jim moved east to study agriculture in Bedfordshire. He enjoyed several years of worldwide travel funded by his harvesting and contract work. Jim then joined a large farming company in East Anglia, which was involved with arable stewardship, large-scale countryside and higher-level stewardship schemes.

Jim joined CRT 10 years ago and works part-time looking after the Trust's property portfolio, assisting with property restoration, new buildings, contractors, planning, development, and liaising with tenants and neighbours.

When not working for the CRT Jim has been completing a self-build home in South Cambridgeshire and enjoys playing hockey for Royston.
