She has worked as a reporter for local newspapers, in internal communications, and as a freelance copywriter for Anglian Water and a wildlife charity in Somerset. Laura said: "During my first few weeks with the CRT it has been a pleasure to visit several of the farms to learn about the great work being done by the staff, volunteers and tenant farmers. We now live in Cambridgeshire and I enjoy sharing my love of the countryside and wildlife, particularly birds, with my two young children. I am excited to help bring a new generation of Friends into the CRT family."
