Dawn chorus with breakfast

Set your alarm early and get ready to enjoy the dawn chorus at Bere Marsh Farm, on our guided tour led by birding expert John Lockwood   

Immerse yourself in the dawn chorus at the height of the bird breeding season, whilst John helps you identify birdsong unique to each species. Our tour includes areas not open to the public, and at this same event last year, we were thrilled to record 25 bird species.   

Breakfast included At the end of your walk and included in the ticket price of just £10 per person, we’ll return to the Barn to enjoy a choice of hot beverages and freshly baked pastries from our Buzz Café.

Essential Information:

• Participation Fee £10 per person inclusive of a tea/coffee and choice of two patisseries / £8 per person for CRT Friends or volunteers. 
• Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
• Sturdy waterproof footwear essential. Please dress according to forecast weather conditions on the day. Suggest bringing binoculars. 
• This event is weather dependent and will not go ahead if heavy rain is forecast. If possible, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund.
• No refunds for cancellations (unless cancelled by the CRT).
• Subject to weather, public parking in a specially designated and clearly signed field is available at Bere Marsh Farm.
